A Walk Through The Isles

It's nearly St. Patrick's Day, so I'm in the mood to walk across the Irish countryside and snap a few pics.  I found a beautiful sim called Saerlaith and here I am standing at the very top of the lighthouse overlooking the isles.  This is a very well designed sim and worth exploring.  Also, I'm wearing some new jewelry.  I just couldn't bring myself to use shamrocks, so I decided to use another overused design--the celtic knot.  Well, knots may be overused, but I really, really like them.  Coupled with a bit of emerald green, I think they make a lovely St. Patrick's Day set.  Don't you agree?

I'm still working on my sl photography skills--of course, it's an ongoing process.  I'm open to constructive criticism--how am I doing?

And for the closeups--sorry, but the jewelry just has to be the focus for me.  That's some really nice skin and hair too.

It's Hunting Season At Elemental Jewelry

Wow!  It's October already and I'm looking for a pumpkin.  It's also time for new hunts at ELEMENTAL JEWELRY.  The Bangles, Bobbles, and Bones Hunt is a Halloween themed hunt--so I've made a unisex bracelet in the colors of the season.  It's very resizable, so it will fit guys or gals, and you can wear it on your wrist or upper arm.

Then, there's another cuff for the Unknown Hunt - One, which also starts on October 1.  This hunt is a one year celebration of the first Unknown Hunt which took place a year ago.  So, I've taken one of the gifts that I made for that first hunt, updated, improved, and re-textured it, and here you  have the new gift for this year!  It's a Celtic Silver cuff with texture changing stone in amber, garnet, or lapis lazuli--also resizable.  Very nice.

And at the Jersey Shore branch of ELEMENTAL JEWELRY, there is the Fright Night Hunt.  For this seasonal offering, we have a "batty" pair of earrings with little black bats flying round and round.  You can't see the motion in the photo, so you'll just have to trust me--they are flying.

Also, The Nature's Hunt Miracles of Autumn 2 is still happening, but you'd better hurry on over.  It will end on October 16.  But, never fear, the Nature's Hunt Haunted Forest 2 begins on October 25--more on that later.

SL Jewelry Fair #4 - ELEMENTAL JEWELRY Woodland Whimsey

SL Jewelry Fair #1 - ELEMENTAL JEWELRY Arctic Chill

The SL Jewelry Fair 2011 begins Sept 16!  This is my very first fair, so I am all anxious and hope that my booth lives up to your expectations.  The theme this year is the four elements--How very fortunate for ELEMENTAL JEWELRY, which is located in the EARTH section of the fair.  My personal booth theme is EARTH MOODS, and I've designed 4 new sets of jewelry for the fair--ARCTIC CHILL, DESERT HEAT, MOUNTAIN MELLOW, and WOODLAND WHIMSEY.  Get it?  I'll be blogging four separate posts about the fair, and above you see ARCTIC CHILL--Beautiful luminescent white moonstone beads with blue moonstone teadrops set in shiny silver.  I really like this jewelry, and I hope you will as well.
